Despite the range of new technologies that are supposed to make recruitment simpler our observations, and that of our clients seems to indicate getting the perfect team member is actually become more difficult rather than simpler.
Opportunities are more transparent and that combined with the changes in employee expectations mean getting the right person is now a riskier and more time consuming process.
