Rebecca has worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Crommelin Recruitment since 2015. Rebecca manages a wide-range of recruitment assignments, research tasks, candidate sourcing and office administration.
Whilst studying towards a Bachelor of Arts in English at the University of Nottingham, Rebecca worked in the HR team at the Royal Shakespeare Company, one of the world’s most iconic and prestigious theatre venues. Initially contracted for short-term administrative assistance, Rebecca soon became a vital member of team and was subsequently asked to stay for the remaining summer. This acted as the catalyst for a four-year working relationship with the RSC, covering colleague absences and ultimately taking on the duties of the HR Officer. Rebecca managed the recruitment process for all new employees and became solely responsible for updating and maintaining the employment/payroll records for over 1000 employees; processing new starters, leavers and contract amendments.
After graduating in 2014, Rebecca took the opportunity to travel solo around South East Asia and the east coast of Australia, before settling in Melbourne.
Rebecca brings diligence and dedication to the team, alongside thorough knowledge of HR and recruitment processes. Her keen eye for detail and technological competence means she can help source the right talent for any role.
