This impressive organisation has a history spanning 35 years and is a leader in the insurance building sector. Delivering building repair work on behalf of many of Australia’s largest insurance companies, this business is dedicated to quality, service and creating a positive culture for its staff. An opportunity is now available to take on a permanent, full-time position as a Senior Repair Coordinator, working from with the Oakleigh or Keilor office, with hybrid work on offer post probation.

Reporting to the Operations Team Leader you will manage a book of large, and at times, complex insurance repair building files. You will take ownership of your jobs end to end from an administrative perspective, ensuring they are accurately handled and kept up to date. You will also liaise with the Construction team and provide the highest level of customer service to insured parties, insurance companies and suppliers.

Presenting with previous industry experience in a similar role in Insurance Building, you will enjoy working in successful business and team environment. You will be an excellent communicator with very strong PC skills and an efficient and accurate worker.
