This highly awarded organisation is an Australian owned industrial, commercial and residential construction company. Combining national expertise with local knowledge, the group now seeks a proactive, detail-focused Repair Coordinator to join the Insurance Building arm of the business based in new offices in Cremorne.

Reporting to the Head of Operations you will take incoming calls from insurance companies and set up job files on the company system. You will schedule Assessors to attend jobs and will assist in the preparation of reports. Managing a book of files, ensuring these are accurately handled and kept up to date, you will also provide customer service to insured parties, insurance companies and suppliers.

Ideally with previous experience in Insurance, Construction, Property, Repairs, Warranties or similar, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced role. You will be an excellent communicator with very strong PC skills. You will be an efficient and accurate worker and will enjoy being part of a small local team.
