This market-leading, well-regarded organisation specialises in insurance repair building work, and is a preferred builder working on behalf of many of Australia’s largest insurance companies. As a result of consistent growth the group now seeks the services of a driven Project Administrator to join the team in a permanent, full-time capacity.

Reporting to the Team Leader you will deliver a high level of customer service to insurance companies and their customers and will focus on detail in completing job orders, reports, order requests, quotes and broader administrative tasks. You will manage a portfolio of repair jobs, speaking with builders and schedule on-site visits and repair work.

The ideal candidate will ideally have strong administrative experience gained working in the construction/maintenance or insurance industry. You will have excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, prioritising your time accordingly. You will be a proactive, service-driven individual who enjoys getting tasks completed accurately and on time. You will have excellent communication and computer skills and are now looking to work in a friendly environment.
