This successful, growing importer of world class truck-mounted vacuum and high-pressure water jetting equipment and street sweepers creates long-term value by providing ‘cutting edge’ technology to its customers. The company Head Office is located in Australia and the group is now seeking a dedicated and professional Regional Manager to lead all aspects of the New Zealand operation based out of the office in Hamilton.

Reporting to the Australian-based Operations Director, you will oversee a small team comprising one BDM and a Product Service Technician. You will oversee all aspects of operations including P&L, sales, facilities, warehousing, safety and staff to ensure that the business is well-presented and professionally run. Your team will consistently aim to meet and exceed customer expectations and run a profitable business unit in a key region.

Tertiary qualified and preferably also possessing business-related Post Graduate qualifications, you will be a well-organised, proactive leader with strong business operational experience. Ideally you have previously led a regional branch or office and have experience in a relevant field, such as industrial equipment, hire rentals or heavy machinery. In a business where relationships and service are paramount, you will be authentic, straightforward, professional and prepared to go the extra mile.
