This successful, well-established Insurance Building company performs repair building work on homes for many of Australia’s largest insurance companies. The group has a proud history that spans 30 years and is now seeking a Receptionist to join the team based in the company’s Oakleigh South office.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will take and distribute incoming calls using the company’s Access4 Connect phone system. You will ideally have previous experience working on a Reception desk with a large volume of incoming calls and will enjoy operating in a busy environment.

Well-organised, proactive and a good communicator, you will have strong PC skills and the ability to multi-task. You are now looking for an opportunity to join a business with a strong culture. It is a requirement to be fully vaccinated to take on this role.
