This established, well-respected online services business has a history spanning in excess of ten years. With a focus on the ongoing growth of the organisation, an opportunity has become available for a skilled Product Manager to join the group in a newly created role. The company’s office is based in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, but hybrid work will be offered. There is also flexibility to suit preferences around full time or 0.8 and permanent or fixed term appointments.

Reporting to the CEO, you will translate the company’s three-year vision into new products to meet the needs of emerging markets. You will manage a small team of specialists, creating product roadmaps that incorporate market analysis and customer feedback to meet product needs borne out of industry trends. You will also liaise with key stakeholders, SMEs and external agencies as you manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, monitoring the performance and profitability of the product portfolio.

Ideally having gained your experience in a startup environment, you will be technically skilled with currency in your technical knowledge. You will be a highly competent Project Manager with the ability to build rapport with and influence a wide range of people. You will be confident to provide sound, robust advice and to build out and commercialise ideas in the form of new products.
