With over 15 years’ experience this highly regarded Australian organisation specialises in delivering a targeted suite of online qualifications to experienced, adult learners. The group is committed to offering training solutions that will add significant value to people and in turn to their workplaces. As the business continues to grow, there is now an opportunity for an experienced and dedicated PPC Specialist to join the team, based in Mitcham.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for lead acquisition across multiple channels (including B2B and B2C), with the view to optimise existing performance and add more creative lead generation strategies. This will include generating campaigns across social media, SEM, display, video and affiliate channels. Additional responsibilities will include optimising, researching and reporting, A/B testing and CRO, retargeting and remarketing setup, campaign tracking and lead-journey optimisation.

The successful candidate will ideally have tertiary qualifications in marketing with a minimum of three years digital marketing experience. Adaptable and strategically-minded, you will have strong copywriting and CRO skills, with enough technical know-how to set up clever conversion tracking and an analytical mindset to be able to deliver insights and recommendations from reporting. You will have demonstrated experience in lead generation strategies and channels whilst working to a budget to achieve KPIs. Furthermore, you will be confident in working with CMS (ideally WordPress), PPC, SMM, Google Analytics and intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS. You understand the importance of UX experience best practice, and have excellent attention to detail. Experience in a VET or education background is desirable.
