As the business continues to grow, there is now an opportunity for an experienced Performance Marketer to join the team working remotely from home.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for lead acquisition across multiple channels (including B2B and B2C), with the view to optimising existing performance and adding more creative lead generation strategies. This will include generating campaigns across social media, SEM, display, video and affiliate channels. Other duties include researching and reporting, conversion rate optimisation, retargeting and remarketing setup and campaign tracking.

The successful candidate will ideally have tertiary qualifications in marketing with a minimum of three years digital marketing experience. Adaptable and strategically minded, you will have strong writing skills, with enough technical know-how to set up conversion tracking. You will have demonstrated experience in lead generation strategies and channels whilst working to a budget and prior background working with CMS.  You now have the opportunity to join a growing business with a supportive and down-to earth culture and the flexibility to work from home.
