Operating for over 10 years this highly regarded Australian organisation specialises in delivering a targeted suite of online qualifications to experienced, adult learners. The group is committed to offering training solutions that will add significant value to people and in turn to their workplaces. As the business continues to grow, there is now an opportunity for a dedicated part time Human Resources Manager to join the vibrant team based in Mitcham.
Reporting to the Operations Director you will work in a truly generalist role, taking ownership for and building upon the HR function. Your role will cover all areas of HR including workforce and succession planning, attraction of talent, drafting PDs, employment contracts, induction and onboarding and overseeing leave accruals. You will also manage compliance in terms of relevant legislation, provide a performance management framework and in time develop employee wellness surveys and staff development and retention programs.
Ideally tertiary qualified in HR or a related discipline, you will be an experienced practitioner with the ability to think strategically and the want to deliver operationally – as a smaller business this role will require an individual who enjoys rolling their sleeves up and getting involved in the day to day. You will have the ability to build rapport with and positively influence key stakeholders and are now looking for a role that you can make your own, working on a part time basis with a great team.
