As the company continues to expand, an exciting opportunity has become available for a skilled Operations Manager with construction industry experience to join the team based in Collingwood.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee the Drivers, Counter Sales and Warehouse staff, providing them with clear, consistent leadership to ensure a positive, cohesive culture. You will lead the management of customer enquiries and orders, manage workflows and ensure that the customer database is accurately maintained. An excellent communicator, you will have the ability to get the best out of a team working in a very fast-paced small business.
With previous experience in an operational management role, you will also have had prior exposure to the Construction sector. You are a natural leader of people who enjoys working with others in a team environment. You are well-organised, efficient and have strong computer skills and are now looking to work with with a stable, successful organisation in a key role where there is scope to develop and grow.
