This highly regarded multi-disciplinary medical practice is dedicated to optimising mental health and emotional wellbeing. A range of consultation services are offered including psychiatry, psychology, dietetics, family therapy and counselling. An opportunity has now become available for an experienced Receptionist to take on a three day per week role working Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Reporting to the Practice Director you will schedule appointments, answer calls, meet and greet clients, do billing and provide general assistance to Practitioners such as typing up notes. You will also proactively undertake ad hoc tasks as required, such as ordering consumables and liaising with service providers ensuring that the Practice operates efficiently at all times. The role will job share with another Receptionist who works Tuesday and Fridays.

With previous experience working as a Medical Receptionist and Specialist experience viewed favourably, you will be well-organised and efficient. You will have a strong service ethic and excellent communication and computer skills. Experience using Genie/Gentu software would be advantageous, but most of all it will be your adaptable style and the willingness to go the extra mile that will ensure your success in this key role.
