As the business continues to evolve, an exciting opportunity has become available for a hardworking, efficient Logistics & Administration Officer to join the business working in the company’s modern Mulgrave premises.

Reporting to the GM Operations you will manage logistics for global truck movements. You will monitor the status of orders, communicate with stakeholders and ensure milestones are met and options are approved as compliant by Engineering. You will also make sure that broader assets move smoothly through the logistics process and assist with general administration, reporting, travel bookings and ordering office supplies.

Ideally possessing a Certificate or Diploma in Logistics you will have prior experience in an administrative role in a Supply Chain environment. You will have strong PC skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite and the ability to master MS Dynamics. Most importantly you will be a reliable, adaptable team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
