Having enjoyed consistent growth in turnover and team size, the group now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and results driven Inside Sales Consultant to join an accomplished team of eight, based in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Business Development you will respond to marketing-generated enquiries. You will build rapport with potential students, providing them with an overview of the parameters of courses to match these to their needs. With a consistent and positive approach to your work, you will act as an ambassador for the business to ensure that a positive interaction is achieved with all potential customers. Technically savvy, you will use Salesforce to access leads, plan, and record calls, track your performance to targets and undertake basic sales reporting. Ideally with a background selling services, preferably in a B2C environment, you will be a competent operator with a good understanding of sales methodology. A high-level communicator with excellent attention to detail, you will have strong computer skills and be experienced using a large integrated CRM (Salesforce preferred).
