This impressive organisation has enjoyed a strong growth trajectory and sells and rents high-tech industrial machinery to a wide variety of sectors. As the business continues to evolve and develop a new role has been created for a Rental Fleet Manager to oversee and further develop the company’s rental fleet of cutting-edge heavy equipment based in Mulgrave.

Reporting to the General Manager you will build and execute the business plan for the group’s rental fleet. You will take P&L responsibility for the business unit, tracking and reporting on monthly performance. Collaborating with the business development team, you will work to grow leasing and lease to buy arrangements for machines. In addition, you will work closely with business operations to ensure that lease requirements are met for inspections, delivery,  movement tracking and servicing.

Experienced in managing a fleet of hire equipment and with good technical acumen and commercial decision-making skills, you will be a strong communicator with the ability to take ownership of a business unit within an organisation. You will have well-developed analytical skills and the ability to track performance with the goal to continuously improve operations.
