This well run, successful organisation is a market leader in its space, delivering repair building work on behalf of a number of Australia’s largest insurance companies. As the group continues to grow and develop, an opportunity has become available for a well-organised, proactive Data Entry Officer to join the team based in Oakleigh South, commencing in a six month contract.

Reporting to the Finance Manager you will load invoices to the Pronto system and issue them to Insurance companies, arranging payment dates and/or payment plans as needed in a polite and professional manner. You role will also include maintenance of customer details and files and broader data entry tasks as requested.

A reliable and hardworking individual, you will ideally have previous experience working in and Accounts or Finance Department. You will be a clear communicator with strong PC skills. You are now looking to take on a contract with a stable business where there is scope for extension/permanent for the right candidate.
