With over 15 years’ experience this highly regarded Australian organisation specialises in delivering a targeted suite of online qualifications to experienced, adult learners. The group is committed to offering training solutions that will add significant value to people and in turn to their workplaces. As the business continues to grow, there is now an opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Digital Marketing Specialist to join the vibrant team based in Mitcham.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will complete a variety of marketing activities including content design and creation, omnichannel campaigns, marketing automation creation, developing eDMs, CRM segmentation, web and landing page design, competitor research, UX/CX and general reporting. This person will assist with different areas of responsibility including customer loyalty, engagement and retention, lead nurturing across B2B and B2C platforms, and assisting with various projects to help with the customer journey.
Ideally tertiary qualified in Marketing or a similar discipline, you will have a minimum of three years’ practical experience in a range of key marketing tasks including campaign creation, email development (HTML), web design and CMS (particularly WordPress). You will have sufficient design skills to be able to work with existing assets and have confidence in HTML/CSS. Experience in PPC and social ads is highly desirable. Adaptable and a true generalist, you will have good analytical skills and an eye for detail and excellent copywriting skills.
