This successful, well-established boutique financial services firm offers financial planning and wealth management, funds management and dealer services. With more than ten years of business history, the group now seeks a reliable, detail-focused Client Services Administrator to join the team working in the group’s CBD office.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will prepare paperwork for client reviews and presentations and follow up requests from clients and Advisers. You will also monitor and review all client files to ensure compliance, enter data on the CRM system and process payments as required.

Ideally presenting with previous experience gained supporting a Financial Adviser or similar, you will be able to work autonomously and will have good problem-solving skills. With strong PC skills, you will have the ability to learn and navigate new software quickly. You are now looking to join a forward-thinking business in a key role with scope for growth.
