Leading the Victorian market in scaffolding, formwork and site fencing, this successful, well-established business has forged a strong reputation for fast delivery, service, safety, competitive pricing and quality product. As the group continues to grow and build its brand, an opportunity has become available for a proactive, well-organised Branch Manager to lead the company’s Laverton site.

Reporting to the Commercial Director you will oversee a team of seven, including Customer Service/ Account Managers, Yard Staff and a Driver. You will ensure that the operation is organised efficiently and that the Branch is kept in a well-maintained state. You will also provide guidance to all staff, offering them sufficient support and clear guidance to allow them to perform their roles to a high standard. In addition, you will build rapport with customers and confirm that they are given excellent service, correspondingly driving repeat and referred business and Branch sales figures.

With industry experience and a strong working knowledge of scaffolding, you will be a professional, well-organised self-starter. With the ability to communicate effectively, work with figures and build relationships, you will be a strong people leader.
