This well-regarded Insurance Builder delivers repair building work on behalf of Australia’s largest Insurance companies. As the group faces an influx of work as the result of recent storms, an opportunity has become available for a Temp to deliver administrative tasks to help ease the workload. The role will involve training in the group’s Oakleigh South office and then will be a work from home position.

Reporting to the Operations Team Leader you will take incoming calls from insurance companies and set up job files on the company system. You will book appointments to attend jobs and will assist in the preparation of reports. You will update files, ensuring these are accurately handled and kept up to date.

Ideally with previous experience in a Customer Service or Administration role you will enjoy working in a fast-paced office. You will be a strong communicator with good PC skills and an efficient and accurate worker who is available to start on short notice.
