This well run, successful organisation is a market leader in its space, delivering repair building work on behalf of a number of Australia’s largest insurance companies. As the group continues to grow and develop, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join the team based in Oakleigh South, commencing in a six month contract.

Reporting to the Finance Manager you will follow up on outstanding invoices by phone and over email, arranging payment dates and/or payment plans as needed in a polite and professional manner. You will ensure uniformity of credit applications and streamline the application process. Your role will also include account reconciliation, maintenance of customer details and files and regular AR reporting.

A reliable and well-organised individual, you will have previous experience working in Account Receivable/Credit Control. You will be good with people and will have the ability to build rapport to ensure positive outcomes for all parties. In addition, you will be a clear communicator with strong PC skills. You are now looking to take on a key role in a profitable, stable business.
