Leading the Victorian market in scaffolding, formwork and site fencing, this successful, well-established business has forged a strong reputation for fast delivery, service, safety, competitive pricing and quality product. As the group continues to invest in Marketing and building its brand, an opportunity has become available for a diligent office-based Account Manager to join the team.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will answer calls, process orders, get delivery quotes and arrange deliveries for customers. You will provide high levels of customer service, answering queries and assisting with advice on logistics, coordinating with the warehouse staff. Your role will also include monitoring customer’s credit limits and status and generation of standard reports.

Well-organised and with good communication and PC skills, you will be detail-focused, hardworking and reliable. You will be a natural rapport builder who enjoys interacting with people, finding solutions and making customers happy. You are now looking to join a market leading business in a role key to the success of the company.
